Being recognized by the industry as an active agent, which makes Amadeus a company easy to partner with and brings the platform vision into place,
will mark the success of this role (and entire business unit), in our path to work closer with partners. Transversal coordination and alignment with all product lines, commercial and operations teams and corporate teams of Amadeus Group is a key objective as well. Your main responsibilities are – Define, Share and Execute the partner strategy to all Amadeus Hospitality main stakeholders. To do this, all communication channels will need to be used, including participation in main leadership forums, use of internal communication tools and activation of the partner marketplace. – Expand Amadeus value proposition through partner reseller agreements with main industry players to reinforce the value of Amadeus solutions by incorporating features are required by customers that are not in Amadeus roadmap but still relevant. This includes alignment with all major stakeholders, R&D;, product GTM and pricing, Marketing, Commercial and overall SLT prior to activation. – Extend our industry presence by being perceived as a company easy to partner with. Being closed to the main PMS, OTAs, RMS and rest of players is key in today´s world.
From executing referral agreements to participate in joint forums or organize thought leadership articles or PR is an important objective for the company. Steering the industry in the direction that is needed by Amadeus through our relationships is very important. – Reinforce our internal processes to cope with all partner related needs, including (but not limited) the marketplace activation, creation of alternative billing methods (e.G. transactional fees), unifying all legal contracts, use of one single CRM instance for all partner products and companies. To do this, we have created the partner operations team that support the rest of the organization to deliver our partnership strategy efficiently. – Launch our new connectivity platforms, including the Property Connectivity Gateway (for PMS and RMS partners),
Channel Manager Distribution (CMD), Outpayce (payment partners). These platforms not only require a technical development, but also active partner management as migrations of existing partners (and the respective strategy, timing, commercial…) is paramount
