We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Entity Management , based in the UK in our Bristol, Reading or London officer. Reporting to a Manager, Entity Management, this full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Entity Management team and its’ growth.

This role brings a broad range of key responsibilities:

  • To proactively handle enquiries from international clients and colleagues alike to ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with promptly.
  • To build rapport with senior stakeholders within the client leadership.
  • To be active in developing customer relationships and be involved in the retention of Key Account Management relationships and participate in meetings with other prospective clients to develop and nurture new business.
  • To review client’s preliminary instructions and advise on the client due diligence requirements in accordance with the in-country compliance obligations.
  • In support of client management, schedule, attend and minute the weekly client meetings and circulate the completed minutes to the appropriate principals. 
  • To set up and maintain the client environment within the Vistra global compliance application to provide transparency into the the client task and compliance status across client requests.
  • Once approved, to facilitate the agreed service provisions including, but not limited to, drafting associated documentation to authorise new power of attorney, drafting relevant resolutions and contracts, requesting transfer documents, and arranging filings the relevant registry working with local Vistra offices and partners.
  • Ensure all new enquiries are entered into and maintained on the VEnterprise system and followed up and invoiced as necessary.
  • To record all time on VEnterprise accurately and promptly to support the profitability management of the client contract.
  • To arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents where necessary and be aware of the capabilities of Vistra legalization services to support.
  • To manage tasks with our 3rd party partners and local Vistra offices to ensure timely completion of client requests.
  • To proactively escalate matters with management where client deliverables may be at risk and identify possible solutions to be proposed to the client.
  • Record and present all necessary stats as requested from time to time by the Associate Director.

 
Attributes and Technical Skills:

  • A good understanding of the statutory features and service requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including, but not limited to, UK, Spain, USA and the Eastern Europe.
  • The ability to initiate all forms of communications and generate meetings where appropriate for new business or business development opportunities.
  • An understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation requirement and take on processes to cover multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
  • To work with marketing in order to create new literature and maintain and update literature held for use with client enquiries for all services and jurisdictions actively supported;
  • To assist the business unit to maintain relevant literature, including but not limited to, information sheets, questionnaires, fee schedules and business acceptance forms as retained within the appropriate directories.
  • To record stats in order that information in relation to key clients and notable cases can be shared within business.
  • Experience in a corporate services environment and an understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation requirements within the UK.
  • Experience with communications to professional clients in an appropriate manner and in face-to-face meetings for the purposes of business development and/or key client management.
  • Able to develop good working relationships with all departments and teams within Vistra.
