I help clients design, build, manage, and optimize their learning facilities, products, and services, enhancing their operational effectiveness and customer experience.
As an EHL – Lausanne Hospitality Business School – alumnus and a former HR and project leader at Royal Dutch Shell, I have developed a deep expertise and a strong reputation in the field of L&D operations.
