We are looking for a Head of Growth to drive and consolidate our business growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, this role requires integration of Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Team Management skills. The Head of Growth will be responsible for ensuring the successful attainment of our sales growth and commercial development in Spain.
Job Description
Sales Growth Strategy, development, and leadership for Omega CRM, as part of the OmegaCRM Board of Directors and owner of the Sales P&L. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing the sales strategy to foster growth in local market service lines
- Leading, training, motivating, and advising the Sales team representatives involved in Growth
- Representing the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Coordinating sales to ensure increased synergies across Merkle & Dentsu service lines
- Collaborating with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in EMEA
- Accompanying the team in Pre Sales activities: sizing, approach, work plan, assessment
- Managing the scope and expectations of new projects and driving clients under profitability management
- Reporting to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction
- Advocating for a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity
Required Experience
Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and go-to-market roles. The preferred candidate should exhibit a robust history of success in commercial and pre-sales activities, illustrating their capability to effectively secure new clients and/or enhance relationships with existing clients. Skills required:
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- A well-developed Salesforce network in the Spanish ecosystem
- Relevant successful experience in achieving sales objectives for large organizations and sales team structures
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
