Job Overview :

The purpose of the role is to increase income through developing new and existing relationships with partners such as Estate Agents, IFA’s, and Property Portals.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. New Partner Acquisition
  2. Prospecting and pipeline management
  3. Pitching and proposals
  4. Agreement and contracts management
  5. Partnership Development
  6. Lead generation from partners
  7. Partner management through visits and communications
  8. Performance management

This business-to-business position focuses on forging new partnerships and introducers to generate leads by establishing and nurturing effective relationships.

A crucial aspect of this role involves developing internal and external relationships, collaborating closely with the internal sales and trading teams.

Proficiency in selling is essential for this sales role. Additionally, robust account management skills are key to success.

Success will be measured by maintaining and expanding existing business partnerships, but the primary goal is to leverage influence, networks, and expertise to onboard new valuable partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record of consistently hitting KPI’s
  • Consistently demonstrates the Smart Values (Customer Service, Owning your own development, Working as a team, Growth Mindset, Taking Responsibility, and Owning the conversation)
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing Campaigns desirable
  • The ability to influence and drive performance
  • Experience of working in a sales environment, as this is a New Business Sales Role
