Description
As an experienced Software Java Developer, you play a leading role in our agile team. You develop quality-oriented software with continuous integration in a Java enterprise environment.
In coordination with product management, you develop solutions for new requirements of our core product BPMS.
- Development within the framework of agile software development processes (Scrum) Software products.
- Implementation of the requirements of the product owner (PO)
- Planning the implementation and creating technical work packages (tasks).
- Supporting the PO in refining requirements (refinement).
- Presentation of the sprint results to the PO and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Senior level 3-5 years experience in the job.
- Complex project or product development (larger team 5+, more than one technology (e.g. java+frontend, java+backend services (databases)), interface connection to different systems e.g REST services).
- Coaching capabilities (optional)
- Bachelor degree in computer science or sth. similar
- Software engineering knowledge (design patterns, principles, etc.)
- Knowledge in TDD (unit testing (must), integration testing, system testing)
- Worked in an agile environment
- OO design and coding skills in multiple languages (at least Java knowledge in 8+)
- DevOps skills/interest is a plus.
- Git and Maven experience
- Good English level
