Your tasks
- In this role, you will develop and configure processes, workflows, APIs, and reports in the ITIL environment in our Ivanti Service Manager platform and implement platform releases and upgrades
- As a Service Management Tool Specialist, you will implement requirements and projects in Ivanti Service Manager and demonstrate innovative solution concepts with our platform
- You will develop concepts for operation, monitoring, automation, and testing of processes and ensure the smooth operation of the platform
- You will be a competent contact person for our development partners regarding technical concepts
Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or are a trained IT specialist
- Excellent knowledge and more than 3 years of experience in implementing use cases in service management tools (Ivanti Service Manager, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Atlassian Jira, or others)
- You have a routine for implementing interfaces with SOAP and REST
- Proven practical experience with JavaScript or comparable languages
- Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
