El puesto de empleo es para la Agencia de Marketing Digital Nireweb. Una Agencia de reciente creación (3-4 años) pero que ya se encuentra entre las Agencias más destacadas del País Vasco (España).
Somos una cooperativa,
por lo que toda persona que empieza a trabajar lo hace a media jornada pero tiene mucho potencial de escalar en puesto y salario y de convertirse en socio si comparte nuestra motivación por el proyecto.
Tareas
Se busca a una persona que tenga algo de experiencia en el uso de las Redes Sociales más populares (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.
y preferiblemente que sepa algo de diseño (Canva) para crear las imágenes de las publicaciones. El empleo sería 100% remoto.
Se valora positivamente que la persona tenga dotes comunicativas y que sea capaz de tener reuniones online con clientes, entender lo que piden, y explicarles nuestros servicios (Posicionamiento SEO, Diseño Web, mantenimiento web, Google Ads.
además del servicio de gestión de RRSS. En realidad todo esto es muy sencillo y se aprende en pocos días. También se valora positivamente y se renumerará que la persona tenga dotes comerciales y sea capaz de hacer upselling a los clientes, aunque no es indispensable.
Requisitos
Es indispensable que la persona tenga muchas ganas de aprender y comerse el mundo. Todo lo que hacemos se puede aprender y no exigimos ningún tipo de experiencia (con empresas pero sí de uso de las redes)
pero tenemos que notar una energía ambiciosa y muy positiva en el candidato y, sobre todo, que encaje con la filosofía «out of the box» de Nireweb.
Se valora muy positivamente el conocimiento de otros de nuestros servicios (o al menos intención de formarse).
Beneficios
El salario es totalmente orientativo porque va en función de la implicación de la persona. En un principio no pagamos grandes cantidades hasta que la persona demuestre pero el salario escalará rápidamente a medida que esa persona crezca con nosotros.
Creemos que este puesto casa mas con una persona ambiciosa y con aspiraciones de crecer que con una que busque rendimiento económico inmediato, aunque evidentemente a medio plazo puede ganar muchísimo más con nosotros que con un salario fijo convencional.
Habrá una fase de prueba renumerada de dos meses en la que trabajarás con clientes reales que posteriormente nos darán feedback sobre tu trabajo.
Las entrevistas tendrán una primera fase de revisión de CV, una segunda fase telefónica y una tercera fase presencial.
