For REWE Digital Spain, a subsidiary of the REWE Group, located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst in Data Lifecycle Management who will be part of the Accounting Data Lifecycle Management team. This product focuses on archiving within the accounting environment, covering the design, setup, and implementation of data archiving for posted SAP documents. It integrates with document filing systems to store and display archived receipts and documents, essential for tax audits, and ensures GDPR compliance through appropriate measures in the SAP environment.
What you will do:
- Become an expert in the field of SAP archiving (data, documents) and SAP ILM
- Analyze and record customer requirements
- Create concepts in consultation with the customer
- Implement solutions
- Realize larger projects as part of a team
- Coordinate special customer requirements with the in-house development team
- Organize customer meetings and present solutions
What you will bring:
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or corresponding training
- Experience of over 2 years in the SAP environment
- Basic knowledge of one or more SAP work areas (BC / FI / MM / SD)
- Knowledge of data archiving or SAP ILM is an advantage
- Interest in new topics such as data archiving or system decommissioning in the context of S/4HANA projects
- Confident appearance even in large projects with international companies
- Goal-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and creativity
- High level of self-motivation
