Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing YOUR MISSION We are currently looking for a Payroll Technician with knowledge of Portuguese payroll for our Madrid offices with at least 3 years of experience in the following functions: – Complete payroll calculation cycle management- Calculation of settlement and compensation- Preparation of social insurance- Processing of affiliation and temporary disability- Ensure the correct application of the collective agreement and labor regulations- Preparation of contracts and registrations.
– Data extraction, management and query in SAP HR- Highs, lows, SLD.- Management and payments of payroll and settlements.- Direct comunication with the client and employees for the correct resolution of doubts about payroll and other queries.
YOUR PROFILE • Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience in SAP HR for the payroll cycle is desirable.
