Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new leads and gather key lead information
  2. Educate potential customers on the value of CloudTalk’s solution
  3. Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  4. Capture and manage lead information in the HubSpot CRM system

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B or SaaS is preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to reach out to prospects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong research and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and fluent/native in Polish or Romanian
