Your skillset (must-have):
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban…)
- Project management skills and experience
- Knowledge of Git version control systems
- Project management tools (Jira, Taiga…)
- Advanced English level
- Advanced user of office packages
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage our current projects ensuring they are all delivered on-time, within scope, and budget
- Establish and maintain communication with all relevant stakeholders and internal departments
- Estimate, plan ahead, and go through new project proposals
- Perform risk management to minimize any risks
- Identify and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure a smooth development of every project and solve any blocked tasks or resources
- Lead, coach, counsel, and develop members of the project team
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
*Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
