Presentations

  • Working with Commercial teams and Senior Management to develop strategic marketing plans and establish annual marketing budgets, cost control and invoicing.
  • Working with other Marketing team members to develop and implement content and communication strategies for social media, email, corporate and comms.
  • Analyse metrics and results to evaluate performance and propose adjustments to results.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar across print/production, direct mail/catalogues, email, social media, copywriting, online content management, website content and management, web design and SEO, digital & eCommerce including Google Advertising and Marketplaces, PR, events/exhibitions, TV/media, review platforms, competitions/partnerships and magazine advertising.
  • Recommend opportunities based on a thorough understanding of consumer behaviour, market data, retail trends and competitive landscape.
  • Working with customers such as wholesalers on identifying and executing marketing, partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Work on future marketing projects and initiatives.

Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, preferably B2B or trade, at least 3+ years.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Performance: Goal and objective orientated with great organisation.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively within the marketing team and collaborate across departments.
  • Technical skills: MailChimp, GA, WordPress/Prestashop, SEO, Marketplaces, Meta, PowerBI.
  • Languages: English and French preferable.
  • Personality: Hard working, adaptable to change.
