Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer demands and translate them into optimal solutions
- Assist in requirements gathering and provide design guidance for mid to large Microsoft projects
- Implement the chosen solution in collaboration with the project team
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Deliver key users training
What we are looking for:
- Degree in higher education in a relevant field such as economics, software management, IT, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Solutions
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
- Effective communication skills with internal and client teams
- Proficiency in English, Spanish would be a plus
