As the Performance Marketing Lead at Make you will play a pivotal managerial role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition growth. This is a hands-on position where your expertise in creating and optimizing digital campaigns will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at growing our customer acquisition efforts
- Manage a team of specialists responsible for different channels including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
- Set clear goals and KPIs for each team member and channel
- Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channels
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
- Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in SaaS businesses is preferred
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media marketing principles
- 3+ years experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
