Description
We are looking for committed Sales Professionals to start work immediately in our office in Calahonda – Mijas Costa.
You will receive high quality international property leads from across the Costa Del Sol, and be expected to close deals on a regular basis.
Duties Include:
– Contacting Leads via Telephone & Email
– Carrying Out Viewings & Negotiating Offers
– Progressing Sales Through To Completion
– Obtaining Property Listings Using Own Initiative
– Valuing & Taking Instructions On Properties For Sale
Candidate Requirements:
– Outgoing People Person
– Fluent English
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Accurate, Numerate & Computer Literate
– Full Driving Licence & Own Car
