Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented senior software engineer to join our expanding RealityOS team!

You will collaborate closely with engineers from various teams to develop cloud-based applications for web3, joining forces with our team of 3D graphics specialists to deliver state-of-the-art audio/video communication technology solutions for our Web based 3D game engine as a platform.

Responsibilities:

As part of our RealityOS team you will:

• Analyze requirements and perform impact analysis.
• Implement highly efficient, secure web applications and packages.
• Perform validation and verification testing and test automation.
• Collaborate with other team members to fix and improve products.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and ensure documentation of interfaces.
• Work under changing and evolving requirements.
• Present devised solutions and developments to the management team and shareholders.

Qualification must haves:

• +5 years of experience working as a software engineer and/or JS/TS developer.
• Strong knowledge in NodeJS.
• Experience with Monorepo, Git and Gitflow.
• Proficiency in Npm Packaging and Yarn.
• Experience with automated testing with Playwrite or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with REST API Integration.
• A product focused mindset.
• A customer-centric approach — being a reliable partner for engineering groups, sharing knowledge, working with other teams including software developers, SREs and Product Managers.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our teams want to achieve big things!
• English working proficiency and communication skills (verbal and written). Any other language would be an advantage!

Qualification nice to haves:

• Experience with WebRTC would be considered a big plus!
