Description
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These are cloud- based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit.
Your Responsibilities:

You will be r esponsible for d esign and implementation of enterprise applications in the manufacturing domain

You will lead a small distributed team of developers, coordinating full stack development (PaaS technology stack with Angular, c# .net)

E stablish and d evelop clean, efficient, and maintainable cod ing practices .

Ensure seamless integration, efficient operations, and robust security across all system components.

Create and maintain documentation and collaborate with the technical analysts defining operational procedures.

Lead and mentor software developers and foster a collaborative environment within the team.

T hink ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions to improve operations .

Your Background:
-
D egree in Software Engineering, or a related field.
-
A minimum of 6 years experience in delivering and supporting enterprise grade applications , preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience leading software developers in a ny hands on role is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Technology s tack like A zure, C# / .net, Azure DevOps, SQL Server / and Entity Framework

Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Azure) and custom software development processes .

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a highly international environment .

Proficiency in English is required for this role.
