Service Project Manager

General Information:

For our BU Grid Automation in Madrid, we are looking for a Service Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage System.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty and SLA from PAC /FAC to the End.

• Be responsible of financial results of the project.

• Manage project risks.

• Leading Handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal.

• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering)

• Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components)

• Act as main contact point for customer .

• Manage weekly call for cases status progress .

• Tracking status update of cases .

• Be responsible for LL sharing with the organization .

• Collaborate with the service engineeringteam to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenance s .

• Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies

Your Background:

• Preferred 3- 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customer s, suppliers and assigned team ;

• Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project );

• Good knowledge English language.

• Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving.

• Degree or Master degree in Management Engineering or Engineering;
