GANTREX is a world leader in solutions for cranes and special rails. We are looking for a SITE MANAGER Foreman / Forewoman to join our GANTREX SPAIN team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Elaboration of budgets
Definition of the work team, tools and execution deadlines.
Preparation of the start-up of the work
Management and control of deadlines and costs of the work.
Daily communication with the site foreman for the planning of works
Liaison with the client and subcontractors for monitoring and coordination of the work
Invoicing and payments
Qualifications, experience, requirements :
Engineering (preferably industrial, specialising in mechanics or metallic structures).
Used to working and supervising in construction, industrial and assembly environments.
Team management skills
Project management, control and monitoring oriented
Dynamic, proactive and autonomous with good communication skills.
Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a similar position in an industrial, mechanical or construction environment.
Office automation tools knowledge
Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of French is highly desirable.
Availability to travel and be displaced on-site punctually (France and Belgium mainly).
