As a Spanish-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company.
Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving order-related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
- Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.
Requirements:
- Spanish C2 level
- English B2 level minimum
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- EU Citizenship
