Job Details:
- Ensure recruitment, development, and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
- Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory
- Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory
- To accomplish and maintain desired ROTA and tap the available potential for retail business in the market
- Drive promotional activities by Partnering with Dealers
- Monitoring and reporting of residual management performance on a weekly basis to Regional management
- Report on all deviations to Regional Management and ensure corrective actions are taken
