We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Specialist for an international client. You will be responsible for outbound calls for their global support center.

Position Name: Technical Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an person with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in an international environment
  • Experience working with various stakeholders
  • Flexibility and cooperative attitude in working with others
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a support center environment
  • Patience in assisting others in resolving technical issues
  • Ability to resolve service questions and technical issues by asking clarifying questions, determining the root cause, and selecting and explaining the best solution

Hard Requirements:

  • High level of English proficiency
  • Bilingual in one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish
  • Technical background

Job Details:

  • Location: Madrid
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Working hours: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
