We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Specialist for an international client. You will be responsible for outbound calls for their global support center.
Position Name: Technical Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for an person with the following qualifications:
- Experience in an international environment
- Experience working with various stakeholders
- Flexibility and cooperative attitude in working with others
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in a support center environment
- Patience in assisting others in resolving technical issues
- Ability to resolve service questions and technical issues by asking clarifying questions, determining the root cause, and selecting and explaining the best solution
Hard Requirements:
- High level of English proficiency
- Bilingual in one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish
- Technical background
