Tasks
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work primarily with the Marketing Manager and Community Manager and will split your time between these two areas.
Here, your main tasks will be:
- Panel Community Management
– Creation of daily questions, validation, scripting and launching
– Writing new panel articles in EN (and FR if relevant) using SEO best practices.
– Content creation for TikTok and Reels (video ideas, translation and publication)
– Depending on language skills available, translation of panel articles, daily questions, app functionalities
– Community management, ie. answering specific member questions
– Review of the app and suggest improvements
– Source influencers to help promote the app across the continent, etc.
– Some level of analysis will be required to produce outputs such as: Brand performance slides across countries, categories, Consumer profiles, Newsletter etc.
Requirements
- Student in final year of Business, Communication and/or Marketing studies
- Interest in social media and content marketing
- You love to learn and are prepared to operate outside your comfort zone in order to do so
- You are a team player, you are not shy to ask for help
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, integrity and honesty
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (desired)
- Available for min. 6 months from September 2024 onwards.
