Memory Architecture Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Memory Architecture Lead to join a ground-breaking fabless Semiconductor company based in Barcelona, Spain.

In this leadership role, the Memory Architecture Lead will head up the Memory Architecture team, a multi-disciplinary group focused on the architectural aspects of all memories in the SoC (System-on-Chip). The Memory Architecture Lead will define the architectural aspects of all memories for SoC designs and drive innovation of optimized SoC solutions for current and next-generation products.

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience in developing memory IP
• Strong system-level understanding in at least one of the following subsystems: Memory IP, eNVM IP, NoC, AI, Security
• Demonstrated technical skills spanning hardware, software, libraries, and frameworks
• Excellent technical leadership ability
• Fluent language skills in English
