from 3 to 27 months horizon, challenging sales forecast and demand uncertainty.Located in Barcelona, the rol holder will develop and agree tactical supply plans to ensure on time production and also ensure the efficient use of inventory (regional and global), maintaining agreed customer service levels at the same time than minimizing working capital.Key responsibilities:- Establish and execute procedure for centralized demand and inventories for all products manufactured in Visp globally.- Maintain balance of overall supply and demand requirements, challenging IMC and third party demands, sales forecasts & uncertainty. Ensure that requested delivery dates are ensured.- Develop planning tools and framework to obtain approval from main stakeholders. Develop, execute and maintain tools as well as techniques required to evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes.- Establish planning calendar to assure standard updates to master production schedule every month. Plan,
schedule and coordinate materials availability to assist production developed schedules in cooperation with procurement.- Provide demand input to the S&OP; process to allow for transparency of risk and opportunities.- Constant communication with main stakeholders from finance, sales, manufacturing, product management and supply chain pertinent to requirements and impacts.- Implement and analyze KPIs to better understand and monitor the production scheduling.Key requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree. Supply Chain Management or Business Management preferred.- More than 5 years of experience in Production Planning.- Background in Chemical, Pharma or Manufacturing sector.- Previous experience working with SAP.- English native or bilingual level.
