**Regional Field Market Access Head (Barcelona y Madrid)**Are you passionate about Market Access and would like to become part of a growing company? developing and implementing the National Market Access strategy in the Region of responsibility.Among your responsibilities are:Market Access Strategy & Operational Excellence- Customize and implement the National Access Strategy into the Region.- Coordinate the ecosystem-stakeholder-engagement plan to shape the environment to improve access to NN medicines.- Shape national/regional/local payers/HTA bodies/budget decision makers networking- Collaboration defining and executing of national, regional and local tenders’ strategy.- Identify regional opportunities to ensure win-win agreements- Support the team in the monitoring of competitor activities and analyse business impactTeam leading & Coaching- Ensure a high-performance mind-set and results of both, individual and team.- Stimulate and help the team to be focused on key business priorities: Embrace company strategy, effective interactions with key internal and external stakeholders working cross-functionallyCross-functional alignment- Ensure a close alignment and teamwork with the second Regional Field Market Access Head.- Ensure the alignment of field regional market access strategy with NN Strategy- Show strategic and global vision to understand business reality of other areas (Marketing, Sales, Medical,
etc.).- Get the most of IO Engage and maximize its usage for the benefit of the company.- Guarantee the regional support to the cross-functional teams in order to minimize the reimbursement barriers, ensuring patients appropriate treatment and optimal access to NN products, and addressing payer objections to the products prescription.- Coordinate and contribute to the development of regional value proposition in cost-effectiveness terms and the field force business plan, aligned with the company portfolio strategy in order to avoid and mitigate regional/local access restrictions to the products.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Economics. Desirable MBA- Deep knowledge of Spanish Healthcare System organization and its regulation- Knowledge of Health Economics and Drug Assessment procedures & Healthcare and policy environment- At least 5 years of experience in Market Access in pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare management positions within payer- Team leadership experience- Strategic planning, vision and anticipation- Business acumen and focus on results- Communication, negotiation and influence.
