Your Role

As a UX/UI Lead your main responsibilities will involve:

1. Manage multiple tasks across projects and solutions, being the process owner and expert in your area of responsibility.
2. Ensure UI/UX design development for all projects is well coordinated and harmonized.
3. Accountable for the deliverables related to the digital user experience (UI, copy, FTUs).
4. Using data and visualization, Conceptualizing the development and design of dashboards.
5. Conduct user research and concept development.
6. Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods together with other researchers and CX colleagues.
7. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation.
8. Adopt collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with the design team and engineers throughout the solution validation and implementation cycles.
9. Participate in recruitment activities for user research.
10. Drive UX vision in alignment with project roadmaps.
11. Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the customer experience. Connect decisions to desired business goals and outcomes.
12. Translate concepts into user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
13. Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
14. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
15. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
16. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
17. Collaborate with Product owners and development to build best feature for our users and other relevant stakeholders across organization (to understand overall requirements and any technical limitations).
18. Own and manage tool set for the area.

Your Skills and Experience

As a UX/UI Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Deep understanding of the iOS and Android platforms and experience designing and launching products for both.
• Proven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile.
• Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.
• Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.
• Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.
• Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies.
• Experience in other type of designs (online ads, print, etc.) will be an advantage.
