What will you be doing?
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
- Delivering exceptional, client-centered resolutions in a timely manner
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Portuguese with exceptional grammar and selling skills
- High level of English (both written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
Benefits:
- Shift: Part-time – 20 hours
- Contract: Permanent contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday – 11:00 to 15:00
- Salary: €8,461.54 gross per year
- 24 days holiday per year (calculated for full-time employees)
