We are currently recruiting for a Account-Based Marketing Specialist . In this role, you will:
- Together with the Marketing Director, defines the ABM/X multichannel strategy, being responsible for meeting the opportunity and revenue targets for each market.
- Leads the design and development of end-to-end full-funnel ABM/ABX programs.
- Plans, manages, and improves multi-channel ABM and paid media campaigns. Optimizes campaign funnel conversion rates and acquisition/activation costs.
- Shapes the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with other key members of the marketing team.
- Ensures alignment with sales on priorities, and identifies, builds, and maintains the target accounts according to company’ priorities.
- Defines and helps to execute the playbook for the SDR team, establishing a common process, and the best practices for the specific case of Cabka.
- Collaborates with peers to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives.
- Measures and reports on campaign performance and ensurse demand generation and sales goals are met.
- Manages the agencies/partners involved in activation of digital channels.
We’re looking for a professional who can demonstrate the below skills & experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading B2B demand generation and acquisition programs for technical audiences and complex sales.
- Experience in the definition and execution of ABM programs ABM Strategy.
- Strong skills in paid social and LinkedIn campaign management
- Experience with databases, intent data tools and Sales Navigator.
- Strong Knowledge of Hubspot CRM, Sales and Marketing Hub. Experience with ABM platforms is a plus.
- Experience in building a marketing & sales funnel with a repeatable process to meet revenue goals, aligning sales and marketing fostering collaboration between these departments.
- Experience leading, mentor, and coach the SDRs to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to execute the ABM strategies effectively. This includes setting targets, tracking performance, and continuously improving processes.
- Ability to create personalized content that speaks to the pain points and needs of the target accounts.
- Solid understanding on how to analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Experience setting up and leveraging marketing technology and automation tools to scale efficient processes, helping your team engage with prospects at scale while maintaining a personalized touch.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver in complex environments without supervision.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, being able to prioritize and promote different projects simultaneously, maintaining high levels of quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Another EU language is a plus.
