Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce

• Serve as the gateway to the Salesforce build team collaborating with business stakeholders to understand customer journeys, elicit business requirements, and identify opportunities for business process improvements

• Work with business stakeholders to refine user stories, breaking down high level information into detailed requirements with clear success criteria that translate into technical designs enabling development

• Drive approval process for groomed enhancement requests, ensuring adequate problem/opportunity identification, completeness of requirements, and solution feasibility

• Continuously collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to design enhancement solutions that support business requirements and customer journey alignment

• Develop and maintain technical specifications and end user training materials

• Coordinate and support software enhancement testing and support quality assurance activities as needed

• Analyze and troubleshoot tier three functionality issues, identifying root causes and escalating remediation

• Work with the security and compliance team to ensure applications and enhancements are compliant and secure, adhering to established processes/procedures

• Assure continuous application service delivery success by maintaining a deep understanding of application design architecture, capacities, and application/integration performance
