CAD/PLM Senior Specialist

We are currently looking for an CAD/PLM Senior Specialistfor one of our main clients in Madrid.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field (IT, Engineering).

• 5 years of related work experience with at least two of the following applications: Teamcenter, NX, AutoCAD.

• Customer focus and strong communication skills.

• Troubleshooting ability and service orientation.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• EU Passport/Right to work and live in Spain.

Tasks

• Provide technical and process related support to internal customers in respect of all Engineering IT applications with focus on PLM/CAD and the integrations with CAM/CAE.

• Perform 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level support activities.

• Gather and document business requirements to provide solutions.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new IT solutions and systems.

• Collaborate on the creation and execution of test plans.

• Provide training for key-users.

• Lead working groups for small sized projects and provide operative status reports.

• Control and enhance the existing security/access management framework.

• Execute client test installations and posterior software patches/upgrades.

• Monitor license usage informing about potential shortages.
