Your Mission:

As a Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll steer Vivara’s revenue strategy and execution, spearheading sales, business development, and marketing initiatives to expand client reach and cultivate a thriving partner ecosystem. With your managerial skills, you’ll nurture a dynamic and high-performing culture, empowering the team to innovate and deliver impact.

What you will work on:

  1. Design and implement revenue strategies that align with the company vision, key customer segments, and market trends ensuring sustained growth and customer satisfaction
  2. Enhance Vivara’s commercial approach, processes, and goals to acquire new customers and optimize sales performance throughout the cycle, enabling the team to meet revenue targets effectively
  3. Work with the marketing team to develop digital and offline strategies, enhancing brand growth, lead generation, content creation, and campaign results
  4. Engage with potential strategic partners for new business development, including leveraging distribution channels like Vivara’s Real Estate Agent network (APIs)
  5. Hire a high-performing sales and marketing team; providing guidance and coach to help them achieve their revenue and professional goals
  6. Define, monitor, and analyze revenue metrics and data to forecast future and new growth, providing insights for to relevant department heads
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and build a social media presence to effectively represent Vivara and establish its presence in the market

Requirements:

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue strategies encompassing sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B (or B2B2C) environments, particularly in business models that combine both online and offline points of sale (e.g. PropTech, Mobility, InsureTech, Logistics or similar)
  • Ability to foster sustainable and scalable growth by expanding client bases, delivering impactful marketing outcomes, managing key stakeholder relationships and partnerships
  • Experience in hiring and managing commercial and marketing teams, enhancing a high-performing and collaborative culture
  • Ability to leverage actionable customer insights to inform product development and refine sales strategies, enhancing overall business performance
  • Experience in implementing relevant processes and tools to measure and report performance and progress
  • Excellent written/spoken Spanish & English skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience developing/managing external distribution channels and partners (e.g. sales agents networks)
