Your day-to-day work includes designing, installing, configuring and maintaining Cloud services in line with our client business needs. You supervise,

manage and guarantee the daily availability and capacity of the Cloud service. You are jointly responsible for ensuring that it operates as optimally as possible, including handling incidents, problems, changes, requests, capacity allocation or changing routes from a risk perspective. Mission/Goal As a Cloud engineer, you understand what the Cloud systems mean for our client and you have the knowledge and skills to understand, connect and manage Cloud solutions. You love working with the latest products and you are a driven professional with a stress-resistant attitude. You work closely with colleagues and suppliers in the IT chain. Through your entrepreneurial attitude, you contribute to the further development of the department. Working from the technique and the informal setting in which you will work suit you. Main activities Realization and maintenance of cloud services and integration (setting up facilities, incl. enablement, operational ready, unlocking, unlocking). Connecting cloud solution to our client IT monitoring/management systems and tooling regarding operational performance, use,

risk and compliance IT chains Activating and configuring cloud services according to the our client guidelines (template) Drafting, standardizing and automating management of cloud services Setting up operational cloud management for cloud service Set up automatic management mechanisms (autoscaling, etc), monitoring foundation, test schedule foundation, ITM processes, workload management, data restore cloud, data loss preventive measures. Realization and maintenance of cloud catalog incl. Universal packages, (integration) tests and automations Implement and test security baselines cloud services and attach to service items Perform and support workload migrations to cloud Operationalizing and publishing (being able to call up)

existing cloud services from catalog in portal (automated) Reporting on the use of cloud services (in portal) Perform management of the cloud subscriptions Performing continuous improvement of cloud service(s) at operational level incl
