DXZ091 Partner Onboarding Officer

The Partner Onboarding Officer is responsible to manage and coordinate the Cross-KIC project “Onboarding of Partners”, lasting initially two years and with the possibility of extending to additional years. S/he is responsible to coordinate the internal (with other departments) and external (KICs, supplier companies) stakeholders involved for the execution of the task.

Main tasks will be:

1. Coordinating the work of the supplier consortium in implementing the “Partners Onboarding Service”.
2. Support the supplier for a smooth implementation of the assigned tasks.
3. Act as contact point for EIT Urban Mobility towards the supplier and the other involved KICs and EIT in relation to the tasks of the “Partners Onboarding Service”.
4. Process the monthly reports provided by the supplier and cross-check the information aimed at initiating the payments.
5. Report to the Cross-KIC cluster coordinator the implementation of the task for the Interim and Final Reports.
6. Prepare and launch a procurement for selecting the audit company for the yearly audit of the “Partners Onboarding Service”.
7. Monitor and follow-up on the audit results.
8. Organise Cross-KIC-EIT meetings in case decisions on the partner validation are needed.
