YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  1. You will own a portfolio of Mid-market clients, responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling our B2B solutions.
  2. Building strong relationships with top customers and engaging with clients across the entire national territory.
  3. Creating operational rhythm, establishing and tracking KPIs, analyzing business growth, market trends, and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients.
  4. Working closely with Product, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to further develop our customers.
  5. Serving as the primary FREENOW point of contact for all internal questions, escalations, and service improvements regarding Mid-market in your region.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with Mid-Market Accounts (e.g., Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Strategic Partnerships Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects.
  • Ability to develop a strategy and communicate it clearly.
  • Ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry.
  • Local knowledge – solid commercial experience in Spain.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English, any other language is a plus.
