Position Overview

  • Key Responsibilities :
    Project Management : Lead and manage engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    Design and Development : Oversee the design and development of custom-engineered solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
    Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation phases.
    Client Interaction : Serve as key contact for Sales team and also clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met through tailored solutions.
    Documentation and Reporting : Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and progress updates.
    Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects meet Venair’s stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management and engineering.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
    Experience : No experience is required.
    Technical Skills : Knowledge of engineering principles, CAD software, and project management tools valuable.
    Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
    Communication : Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    Language Proficiency : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
    Mobility : Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed.
