Facilities Manager

LHH is seeking a contract (expected 6 months possibly longer) Facilities Manager to sit on client site in Playa Vista, CA

Pay $45-55/hour.

8+ years managing facilities preferred.

International experience managing facilities preferred

Tech experience a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Role will assist with budgets, leasing, operations, new office locations, security and more.

Possible duties include:

1. Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments

2. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards

3. Inspectbuildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

4. Review utilities consumption and strive tominimize costs

5. Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) andexternal contractors

6. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, buildingsecurity etc.

7. Allocate office space according to needs

8. Handle insurance plans and service contracts

9. Keep financial and non-financial records

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
