Fleet Manager – Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our Go Sharing Barcelona office.

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication skills and experienced in team management,
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs,
• Problem-solving skills,
• Business follow-up and control skills,
• Very good command of English and Spanish,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• No travel restrictions.

What you will do:

• Manage all stages of field operation,
• Lead teams in projects related to operational issues,
• Follow up on company vehicles supplied for the field and the scooters in the field,
• Ensure that operational information is transmitted in a timely and appropriate manner,
• Make staff planning, control employee performance, and effectively manage the team that is subordinate to you,
• Approach problems that may occur in the field with a solution-oriented approach and produce alternative solutions.
