This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner – and is based in their offices in the beautiful sea-side city of Barcelona . The role As a Web-hosting Inbound Sales Agent you will respresent a large and well-known webhosting company. You will deal with incoming queries via phone and email from both new and existing small and medium sized business clients. You will listen to your clients needs, ask relevant questions and based on your findings you will recommend specific products, platforms and services. Upselling, cross-selling and working with targets is important in this role.

Requirements The successful Web-hosting Inbound Sales Agent has:

Fluency in German and English Previous customer service and sales experience Driven by targets Expertise in web hosting technologies including content management systems commonly used to operate a website such as WordPress or Joomla Knowledge on internet connectivity and troubleshooting

The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: taxi to the airport in your home country, flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona and temporary accomodation on arrival. Furthermore there is a fantastic onboarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
