What you will do
– Understanding user needs : Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for UI improvement;
– Developing a compelling UI vision :

Develop a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals;
– Data-driven decisions : Leverage user data and analytics to measure UI effectiveness, optimize product performance and customer satisfaction;
– Collaboration is key : Partner closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements;
Focus on high quality products : Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of the system.
Must haves
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master’s degree is a plus;
– Proven experience (6+ years) in product management;
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
– Experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems;
– Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps;
– Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams;
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;

Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success..
