We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly-motivated people.**Responsibilities**:- Help develop social media advertising campaigns- Collaborate in formulating compelling content for each social media campaign or getting it developed- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence- Posting content across social media accounts- Engaging with customers on different channels- Analyzing running campaigns- Being on top of the latest social media trends- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity- Define KPIs for social media campaigns- Update social media content across all channels- Use social media marketing tools such as Emplifi (Socialbakers), TalkWalker ,etc.- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.- Monitor web traffic metrics**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- 3+ years experience as a social media manager or a similar role- Experience in creating social media strategies- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest etc.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Craft engaging content- Organized and able to multitask- A problem-solving attitude- Self Starter, Self Motivated Work Ethic- Critical, Forward Thinker- Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing,
