International Product Manager – Carolina Herrera Makeup

In the Carolina Herrera Marketing HQ department, we are looking for a Product Manager for makeup.
Functions and Responsibilities:
– Follow up the performance of top doors on/off line and recommend animation plans, retail / etail improvement actions.
– Develop animation plans for these doors with a focus on productivity, sell out (gwp, trafic stopper, activation, merchandising).
– Coordinate and develop the 4 most important make up events / animations (spring/summer/back to shool/holidays) ensuring perfect execution between all touch points (advertising, PR, retail, digital)
– Follow up of these animations, implementations, etc.
Requirements:
The ideal person comes from MakeUp operational marketing. Someone very business-oriented and willing to move to a global/headquarter team.
– Experience: ideally 2-3 years of experience in Market
– Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Fashion
– Languages: English mandatory, Spanish or French would be a plus
– Strong Knowledge in MakeUp axe
