Job Summary

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager that will support in creating and developing a robust investor relations strategy and framework. You will be an active part in the communications with the company’s financial stakeholders, with special focus on the investor community, helping to build long-term relationships with them and contributing to reach company’s goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Elaboration of an Investor Relations plan that allows engaging and servicing long-term relationships with investors.
  • Maintain the investor relations database and meeting records into the system, monitoring contacts with the financial community: investor base, rating agencies, advisors, etc.
  • Maintain regular contact and touch-points with existing and prospective investors, providing updates on company performance, strategy and key developments.
  • Gather and share investor feedback to the senior management team.
  • Market monitoring and benchmark against industry peers.
  • Prepare and produce high-quality marketing documents for the investor community and other external communications: annual and semi-annual results presentation, financial policy, corporate events, deal and non-deal roadshows.
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing events such as annual results presentations, non-deal roadshows or other events/conferences.
  • Promote the digital evolution of the Investor Relations area in the corporate website: downloadable files, interactive graphics, banners, experience surveys, news subscriptions, mobile version.
  • Periodic reports and update of the IR website financial contents based on a predetermined schedule (debt profile, cash and liquidity position, refinancings…)
  • Implement a financial communication strategy including a financial release calendar, social media, contact with press, internal communications, news, Annual Report evolution.
  • Support in the preparation of financial press releases in coordination with the Global Communications team.
  • Support the Capital Markets and ESG team broadly ad-hoc as relevant (i.e. keeping financial model up-to-date, presentations to rating agencies,…).

Networking/Key relationships

  • Interaction with senior management.
  • You will regularly interact with the main financial stakeholders: banks, investors, rating agencies and/or advisors. You will also be very integrated within the Treasury, Capital Markets & IR team being able to give support on different related projects.
  • Likewise you will cross-collaborate with the many internal partners of the financial activity, among others, Global Communications, Corporate Business Development, FP&A, Accounting and Consolidation or Legal.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with preferred emphasis in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a professional in an Investor Relations team or at an investment banking or Big 4 (M&A or Transactions). Sell-side analysts in banking, investment funds/vehicles, private equity, debt advisory or rating agency profiles are also interesting.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; other language skills desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of Ms Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with the use of Bloomberg is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and analysis. Ability to interpret, synthetize and explain financial data.
  • Experience in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations, reports and other communication materials.
