The Position

We are seeking an IT Business Consultant who will act as a business partner, business analyst, and project manager. In this role, you will collaborate with expert colleagues in Barcelona (Spain), Biberach (Germany), and Ridgefield (USA). You will work as an IT Business Consultant for our colleagues in Human Pharma and Animal Health to support their business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Work closely with internal business stakeholders to define technology-supported solutions.
2. Lead large and complex global projects with a focus on time, quality, and cost.
3. Solve business challenges and lay the groundwork for cross-functional projects.
4. Stay updated on innovative trends and agile methods for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Consultant in IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an interface to internal and external business partners.
• Project experience with successful completion of multiple projects.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies; experience in agile project management process models is desirable.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong communication skills and client focus.
• Structured, result-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn new methodologies.
