We are looking for Junior Accountants for our new Shared Service Center in Zaragoza city.
Position 1: PROCURE TO PAY SPECIALIST
Main activities:
– Create of new suppliers account and support database management
– Manage the procurement process and control
– Control and validation of received invoices
– Reconcile invoices and payments
– Support EDI, Self bill or Retro billing process with suppliers
– Manage and update SAP customer data
Position 2: ORDER TO CASH SPECIALIST
Main activities:
-Management of the whole invoicing process, including self-billing clients and retrobilling process
– Manage ment of daily issues
– Reconci liation of invoices and payments
– Support month-end closing
Skills/Experience required:
– Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
– Fluent English
– Willingness to learn and develop a career in finance
– Traineeship or entry-level experience in finance is a plus
– SAP knowledge is a plus
