Job Title: Global Process Owner – Integrated Business Planning

Job Description:

The GPO-IBP (Global Process Owner – Integrated Business Planning) is accountable for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process to ensure seamless coordination and alignment to achieve Galderma’s business objectives. He/She will ensure that decisions are data-driven and able to address risks and disruptions, ultimately optimizing decision-making for improved business outcomes.

The GPO-IBP oversees the design and standardization of the IBP process, establishes governance and compliance measures, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration, fostering a cohesive work environment. He/She continuously evaluates and enhances the IBP process, leveraging technology and tools to support effective planning. He/She leads change management efforts, engages with top-level executives, and ensures employees are equipped with the necessary training to adopt IBP principles and methodologies successfully.

Key Tasks:

  1. Own and manage the Global E2E Integrated Business Planning process blueprint, ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
  2. Set and communicate process vision, drive transformation, and align solutions to global standards.
  3. Define performance targets and reporting metrics for the E2E process.
  4. Coordinate with countries and functions to ensure adherence to global processes, serving as an escalation point.
  5. Lead process improvement initiatives and manage design change requests.
  6. Oversee service delivery, foster standardization, and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
  7. Foster stakeholder relationships, drive performance, and promote ideas for improvement across teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Finance degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in financial planning at an international level. Operations experience (supply/demand planning) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively set and communicate process vision, collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and serve as an escalation point for adherence and compliance issues.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to define performance targets, track key metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities through assessments and benchmarking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of statutory, regulatory, security, and business requirements, enabling the development of compliant and efficient global processes.
  • Experience in managing service delivery, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
