Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Insights: Dive into local Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls), ensuring meticulous review and analysis. Uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
- Cost Efficiency: Conduct detailed monthly assessments of actual vs. cost card direct recovery. Optimize financial processes.
- Strategic Budgeting: Collaborate with markets to submit budget requests (RFs) effectively.
- Transfer Pricing Support: Coordinate local transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Financial Modeling: Execute cost card models and oversee invoicing processes.
- Operational Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in partnership with market teams.
- EMEA Collaboration: Support a unified team across all centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Strategic Analysis: Evaluate new investments, allocate capabilities, and assess product development cases.
- Local Stats and Audit Leadership: Lead coordination efforts for local statistics and audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in Commercial Finance roles or Finance Control/Audit (big4).
- Education: University degree with an internationally recognized finance/accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA, CMA, or CFA).
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to tackle unstructured problems, challenge existing procedures, and provide innovative solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Office Suite; familiarity with D365 or Navision is a plus.
