Are you passionate about financial analysis and eager to make a meaningful impact? Join our dynamic Commercial Finance team as a Financial Analyst! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering timely and accurate information to our business units. Your insights will drive critical decisions and shape our day-to-day performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Precision Insights: Dive into local Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls), ensuring meticulous review and analysis. Uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
  2. Cost Efficiency: Conduct detailed monthly assessments of actual vs. cost card direct recovery. Optimize financial processes.
  3. Strategic Budgeting: Collaborate with markets to submit budget requests (RFs) effectively.
  4. Transfer Pricing Support: Coordinate local transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
  5. Financial Modeling: Execute cost card models and oversee invoicing processes.
  6. Operational Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in partnership with market teams.
  7. EMEA Collaboration: Support a unified team across all centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  8. Strategic Analysis: Evaluate new investments, allocate capabilities, and assess product development cases.
  9. Local Stats and Audit Leadership: Lead coordination efforts for local statistics and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in Commercial Finance roles or Finance Control/Audit (big4).
  • Education: University degree with an internationally recognized finance/accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA, CMA, or CFA).
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to tackle unstructured problems, challenge existing procedures, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Office Suite; familiarity with D365 or Navision is a plus.
