(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner – Hybrid
Full-time, temporary position for 5 months, hybrid, based in Barcelona. This role is in first instance to cover a maternity leave for 5 months. There might be an opportunity to stay longer if the opportunity arises. You will work in a Global team based in US, Costa Rica, India, Poland, Spain, and the UK. Our two colleagues who are also based in Barcelona work in the office once a week. You can choose if you want to work 1 day a week in the office or more.

- Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple projects
- Excellent people skills, you like being the first point of contact for applicants and providing consultation to all levels of hiring managers about the recruitment process
- You have a high energy, positive mindset, enjoy relationship building
- International mindset, you like learning about recruiting in different countries and you adapt your hiring strategy per country you hire in
